Role Overview
As the Store Manager you will be ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for leading a talented team, maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail, and upholding the brand’s esteemed reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a large high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in multi-site manager role or area manager roles within premium luxury brands would also be considered
