About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our brand new store in Heathrow, Terminal 2. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term store goals and strategies
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, promotions, and sales
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure a high-performing team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and probation reviews
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience in a similar size operation
  • Passion for premium or luxury product (although all retail backgrounds are considered)
  • Track record of increasing overall business performance and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent commercial product management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong people management skills and ability to bring the best out of your team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
