Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our brand-new store in Heathrow, Terminal 2. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving commercial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective operational processes and procedures
  • Support with recruitment and performance reviews
  • Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level
  • Passion for luxury fashion and customer service
  • Proven track record of increasing business performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
