Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of all piping engineering activities across proposals, projects, and developments. Collaborates with other Discipline Department Managers to align with company objectives.
  • Oversees personnel levels, skill development, and technology proficiency, making necessary adjustments.
  • Implements technology advancement and training strategies to enhance project execution in line with company objectives.
  • Enforces quality control measures within the technology domain to ensure project excellence.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in cross-team and inter-office communication within diverse disciplines. Demonstrated expertise in Lead Engineer roles spanning pre-FEED to EPC stages, with a preference for EPC experience.
  • Well-versed in relevant codes and standards and their design implications. Strong communication abilities to motivate and enable team members.
  • Subject matter expert in a specific piping sub-discipline.
  • Holds an engineering degree.
