As part of the continued growth at Liberty Shared Services (LSS), as we go through an exciting period of expansion and change, we are looking for a People Team Leader to focus on accurate, timely and consistent People advice.
In this People Services Team Leader role, you will be a part of our Employee Services team and be responsible for leading, coaching and managing a team of Advisors/Administrators and the operational and regulatory compliance of your team, whilst collaborating directly with the wider business, People Team and internal stakeholders to understand and resolve employee related issues.

*What will you be doing?*
* Team Leadership and Culture Development: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team daily, fostering a positive culture that enhances employee engagement and delivers positive outcomes.
* Performance Management and Coaching: Manage team performance through key metrics, provide structured feedback, and coach team members to continually improve their delivery of exceptional employee experiences.
* Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain professional and effective communication with stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure alignment and support for team goals.
* Customer Service and Support: Ensure excellent customer service for employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for escalations and providing policy and procedural advice.
* Process Improvement and Confidentiality: Identify and implement process improvements for a seamless, employee-focused approach while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
* Project Delivery: Play a key role in all People projects, readiness for your team and feeding into what will enhance the employee experience based on past experiences.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the service delivery meets our quality and compliance standards against our set frameworks.
*We tend to look for people with:*
* Proven Team Leader / Supervisory experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a team, preferably an HR, shared services, contact centre or large corporate environment.
* The ability to utilise data and other key metrics to analyse performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Experience in having difficult conversations and providing feedback in an effective and efficient way.
* Excellent time management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, who’s able to deliver against a range of conflicting demands.
* Strong communication and coaching skills with a proven track record of being able to influence at all levels.
* A sound understanding of HR policies and procedures would be an advantage.
