About the Role:
As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of their people.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Driving HR initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
