Role overview

OnePlus is looking for a Sales Operation Support who will be assisting for sales operations with IoT products, commercial plans, and coordinate with customer product management and operations teams.

Role Responsibilities

· Assisting in supply chain (product deliveries, including shortage / allocation) and coordinating forecast process internally / externally with channel partners.

· Manage orders and inventory data.

· Monitoring inventory status and analyzing regular performance against sell-in and sell-out.

· Handle inventory system requirement submissions and tracking.

· Handle the collation and distribution of product-related data.

Skills

· Bachelor’s degree, graduates are highly welcomed

· Able to quickly comprehend all the dynamics at play in a fast-moving complex consumer environment and provide solutions to deliver results.

· Demonstrate proactiveness and creativity in problem solving.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills

· Comfortable with tight deadlines and ability to handle changing requirements as well as multiple overlapping projects

· Ability to work independently and creatively

· Very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

· Great patience and detail oriented

· Fluency in English, and Chinese is absolutely required
