I am currently partnered with a renowned events company, who is globally recognized for organizing the largest events across the Middle East. My client is seeking a dynamic Exhibition Director to formulate a growth strategy and execute tactics to ensure the highest quality event delivery
In this role, you will play a crucial role in devising, leading, and successfully implementing a strategy for the continual success of the Exhibition. You will also have responsibility for both digital and physical sales, brand growth, visitor marketing, conference, and content development, as well as on-site event operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador, nurturing vital relationships with clients, industry associations, business leaders, and suppliers.
- Responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute an ongoing strategic plan for the exhibition.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, including its competitive landscape.
- Effectively manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Establish a trusted leadership partnership with the SVP to work on strategy, finances (budgeting and quarterly forecasting), and leverage global growth opportunities.
- Define the focus and profile of the event to meet the needs of the industry and its user communities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 6-7 years experience leading large scale exhibitions (B2B ideally)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience as an Event Director.
- Proficient in strategic thinking and strategic planning.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Real Estate or similar industries.
