Companies Management Systems Ltd is a London-based company specialising in company management services through our cloud-based software. Our in-house developed systems have been effectively managing projects for clients in the construction sector. Currently, we offer a range of applications, including procurement management software, clock-in and time management, QA manager, and many more.

What sets us apart is our buying group, which offers building materials at discounted rates when purchased through our system. Our services are independent and flexible, allowing you to choose the apps you need and pay only for what you use.

By registering with us, you gain access to the CMS Hub—a central location for all apps, bringing everything you need into one place. This integration allows all apps to work together seamlessly, automating processes where possible. Our system is designed to make your workflow as efficient and cost-effective as possible.

Client also get access to our system and application via our smart app CMS On-Site. giving mobile access to many or our applications making the process convenient and seamless.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development Manager for Companies Management Systems Ltd, located in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building our new sales department, with the primary objective of expanding our client base within the construction sector and beyond. Your feedback and insights will influence our development program, and you will become an integral member of the CMS team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Generating leads
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients

We are looking for an individual who can help grow our client base in the construction industry and explore opportunities in other sectors. Your role will involve securing new subscriptions to our platform and promoting our buying group for purchasing materials.

This position offers the potential for growth within the company, providing a clear path for career advancement and future senior roles.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer satisfaction and account management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £30k-40k plus commission and bonus structure.
