Workday Training Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workday Training Lead to work with one of our professional services clients. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Talent Management, Performance, and Annual Compensation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday, instructional design, and training delivery across multiple formats including quick reference guides, eLearning modules, videos, and both virtual and classroom-based training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for Workday Talent Management, Performance, and Annual Compensation processes.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging training materials such as quick reference guides, eLearning courses, instructional videos, and other relevant documentation.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for HR, employees, and managers across 20 different countries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all training materials meet high standards of quality, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Develop and adapt training materials to be culturally relevant and effective for diverse international audiences.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all training programs comply with industry best practices and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM, particularly in Talent Management, Performance, and Compensation modules.
  • Instructional Design: Strong skills in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Training Delivery: Proven experience delivering training in multiple formats (eLearning, virtual, and classroom).
