Oracle HCM Training Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle HCM Training Lead to work with one of our retail /ecommerce clients. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for core processes processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM, instructional design, and training delivery across multiple formats including quick reference guides, eLearning modules, videos, and both virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for delivering Oracle HCM core processes, compensation and talent.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging training materials such as quick reference guides, eLearning courses, instructional videos, and other relevant documentation.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for HR, employees, and managers across 20 different countries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all training materials meet high standards of quality, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Develop and adapt training materials to be culturally relevant and effective for diverse international audiences.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all training programs comply with industry best practices and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM, particularly in Talent Management, Performance, and Compensation modules.
  • Instructional Design: Strong skills in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Training Delivery: Proven experience delivering training in multiple formats (eLearning, virtual, and classroom).
