About this role: 

The HCM Technical Owner is a hands-on technical support role within our People, Systems & Reporting Team. With solid experience with people systems and technology, this position is instrumental in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our HCM Solution ensuring that we consistently deliver to high standards supporting the existing systems and unlocking the potential of the Oracle Cloud Apps `suite to meet business needs.

Accountabilities:

Hands on technical support with people systems and technologyProvide expertise in the team on HCM products (Oracle Fusion HCM)Be the go-to person for technical support and development in the Oracle HCM applicationsBe passionate about HCM solutions to drive high standards in our people systems Guide and be responsible for the design, development (configuration), testing and support of functional and technical tasks in Oracle Cloud HCM, including core functionality, Approvals/ Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts and OIC integrations Work on impact assessments of the SaaS quarterly updates from Oracle and manage SaaS quarterly update life cycle. Highlight trends and major incidents to your manager and come up with solutions to problems and mitigating risks and issuesKeep your skills and knowledge up to date in the Oracle productsOwn the technical documentation associated to the HR products

Skills/Experience:

Strong Oracle Application experience - HCM (on premise / cloud) HCM Data Loading Out Bound & In Bound Integration Experience HCM Extracts Middleware experience (OIC) REST APIs Design and configuration in OraclePage customizations Experience with Fast Formula Oracle SQL and SQL tools Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issuesOracle fusion cloud infrastructure experienceExperience of raising Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process

OTBI Reporting BI Publisher ITIL framework relating to incidents, problems and the change management life cycle
