Position Summary:
As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, including drainage, earthworks, concrete, utilities, and more. Based in Dromore, Co. Tyrone, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects across both NI and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of civils, including drainage, earthworks, concrete, and utilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across NI and ROI.
