As a Commercial Account Executive, you will help to deliver fantastic results for existing Commercial clients and continue to grow our business.
As well as a good basic salary, you can earn commission with all new business written - which is uncapped
This role will be offered on a hybrid basis and can be based from our High Wycombe office.
Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:
Managing a book of Commercial business and maximising sales
Creating and following up on leads
Delivering great customer service providing adequate insurance cover
Building and maintaining relationships with Commercial Clients
Visiting Clients and providing a high level of customer service
Hitting and exceeding targets
Ensuring that all work is FCA compliant
About you
As an Account Executive, you’ll be a strong communicator, as well as having a natural sales flair. You will also have a Commercial Insurance background.
You’ll also be or have:
Great customer service and communication skills, and resilience
Excellent telephone manner that helps you direct conversations, negotiate and close deals
Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within insurance and sales
