Business Development Manager – Manchester City Centre

Basic salary up to £35,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £80,000 - £250,000)

Profit share, separate quarterly bonus, cash prizes and trips away...

  • 8:45AM – 5:30PM Monday to Friday only
  • OTE Year 1 – Up to £100,000 / OTE Year 2 – Up to £150,000 / OTE Year 3 – £250,000
  • Additional bonuses every quarter up to £5,000
  • Another extra bonus every month if you hit your target

A current performer is earning £20,000 per month in bonuses, and has just purchased his first home with cash at the age of 25 Last years top performer took away £250,000, and for this year we have BDM's on track to earn double this. We have deals taking place on the floor every day where staff are earning up to £10,000 from a deal being closed

Day to day you will have your own dedicated lead generator who will book qualified demo meetings into your diary. There is no cold calling or prospecting involved in your role.

You will attend around 6-9 demos per day, go through a full product demonstration, understand the clients needs, and close on deals.

The product is SaaS based providing software solutions in the form of an app, where a business can store and have access to everything all in one easy solution, covering everything from HR, Health & Safety, Employment Law and Payroll support.
