Office & Facilities Manager

Our client, renowned globally for their excellence and discretion, is seeking a talented Office & Facilities Manager to ensure the seamless operation of their London office. This role is at the heart of an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family office based in Central London.
This position combines Office and Facilities Management, perfectly suited for an experienced office/facilities manager eager to thrive in a high-performing, family-office environment. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring rigorous compliance with administrative policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Duties will include:
- Managing the smooth operation of the London premises,
- Liaising with managing agents and key suppliers to uphold facilities excellence,
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards across multiple levels,
- Preparing for high-profile visitors and maintaining impeccable office presentation,
We’re looking for candidates with robust administrative expertise, ideally gained within a family office or similar UHNW environment. Your experience should demonstrate proficiency in compliance, logistics, project management, budgeting, and health & safety. A meticulous eye for detail and a polished, professional demeanor are essential.
