AWE is now recruiting for Maintenance & Reliability Engineers to deliver engineering solutions that will maximise productivity, reliability, innovation and quality to the business.
Title: Maintenance & Reliability Engineer
Location: Reading / Basingstoke Area
Package: up to £52,000 (depending on experience)
As a Reliability Engineer, this will give you the opportunity to:
Deliver proactive Maintenance & Reliability solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering asset lifecycle
Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key processes
Lead/participate in root cause analysis
Effective stakeholder management, engaging and influencing others in order to drive improvements across the function
Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvement
Expand own engineering skills and experience relevant to engineering domain
Using KPI's to ensure work remains on track and performance is measured
Using data collected from CMMS to trend and drive improvement within area
Supporting reactive maintenance as a subject matter expert
