Senior HR Business Partner

An opportunity for an experienced People leader is now available for a fast paced, consumer centric organisation based in the Bedfordshire area. This position will manage a small team of 5 working across L&D, recruitment, communications & HRIS. Exposure to all these areas is highly desirable.


The emphasis being on team management, you will also be managing the implementation of key projects at roll out stage.


Key areas of focus will include:

  • Team leadership – review, support and develop
  • Talent management – design & delivery up to and including the SLT
  • Learning and Development – deployment, analysis, design and 3rd party procurement
  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - drive inclusivity within processes
  • Internal Communications
  • Resourcing – support the annual resourcing plan, budget/headcount alignment
  • Compliance – internal and local to business


If you are an immediately available senior People leader with experience of supporting in all or any of the above areas we would like to hear from you.


This is a 12 month FTC needing a August/September 2024 start.


On average you will need to be onsite 3 days per week but this is a totally flexible workplace and these 3 days are an average to be achieved over the course of a month. Weekly your hours can be worked to suit you.
