As they grow, they are now looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join their team. Being an integral part of this team, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of their payroll for their diverse client base. Your expertise will contribute to their reputation for reliability and payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Maintaining payroll records and ensure employee data is up to date and confidential
  • Calculate and process statutory payments
  • Handle payroll queries from clients and employees
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and RTI submissions
  • Assist with the administration of pensions and benefits
  • Stay up to date on payroll legislation and implement changes when needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator - preferably within an accountancy practice
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HMRC regulations and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Strong verbal communication skills
