Be a Growth Engine: Join Our Remote Team
We're seeking a results-oriented Dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth for our waste management services and have the opportunity to progress into a senior position or transition to our high-value software sales department. This role offers a competitive base salary, lucrative commission structure, and a chance to be part of a company making a real environmental impact.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information regarding our waste management services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to secure new business.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed and organized customer database using CRM software.
- Ensure a smooth delivery for clients, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for business growth.
Soft Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, both long and short.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High proficiency with technology and software tools.
- Familiarity with the waste management industry is advantageous but not essential.
Hardware Requirements:
- Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications).
- Call centre style headset with microphone.
- Dedicated fibre optic broadband line (not shared).
- Home workstation with a quiet working environment.
- Working webcam.
- Ability to perform role play scenarios during the interview process.
Hours:
- 8am - 5pm
- Mon - Sat (2 days off per week - 5 day working week)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of £30,000 to start.
- Opportunity to earn up to £40,000 with a lucrative commission structure.
