Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our Inverness office to provide support to the Residential Lettings team.
This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager who is looking for a new challenge. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of maintenance and repairs for let properties including invoicing, arrears management, the proactive placement of properties for let on the Internet, arranging viewings and property displays; preparation of PRT leases and other lettings documents.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills is essential. The candidate will be required to be aware of and comply with all relevant legislative and compliance matters.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least one year’s previous experience in Residential Lettings and will be required to work towards their ARLA qualification.
