DTC & E-Commerce Manager
REOME is seeking an experienced DTC & E-Commerce Manager to join our team. Offering a rare opportunity to join a global future-heritage skincare brand, this role requires an experienced manager with a track record of scaling success in luxury skincare. We value an analytical, data-driven mindset, stellar project management and a strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms. As the DTC & E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our online presence, overseeing the customer journey from start to finish, and ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive luxury skincare market. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can take ownership of our E-Commerce channels, enhance customer experience, and maximise growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy aligned with brand goals to drive growth, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring it is optimised for user experience, performance, and conversion.
- Work with external partners and developers to improve site functionality, design, and product listings to reflect the luxury positioning of the brand.
- Monitor and manage product inventory on the website, ensuring that stock levels, pricing, and content are accurate and up-to-date
Customer Experience & Journey Optimisation
- Design and refine the customer journey to ensure a seamless, engaging, and luxurious experience at every stage, from acquisition to checkout and beyond.
- Analyse user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage the development of product merchandising strategies to maximise sales and conversion rates, applying a lens of localisation where required
- Work closely with supply chain and analytics partners to plan and optimise product assortments based on customer demand and market trends.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and retention, including email, social media, and PPC.
- Use data-driven insights to track performance across channels, optimise campaigns, and increase overall customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Oversee the management and optimisation of the company's website, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.
- Analyse data on acquisition costs, conversion rates, and retention metrics to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
DTC Revenue Growth & Retention
- Own and deliver DTC revenue targets by optimising the online store for sales, managing promotional campaigns, and improving cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Establish and manage a loyalty or subscription program to increase repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Collaborate on pricing, bundles, and promotions to maximise sales while upholding the brand’s premium positioning.
- Manage and optimise the end-to-end customer service journey, providing a luxury standard of care and support that aligns with the brand’s values.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, and sales, sharing insights with key stakeholders.
- Regularly analyse E-Commerce data to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to keep the brand competitive.
Profile, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing E-Commerce and DTC channels, ideally within the luxury skincare sector.
- Previous experience of scaling and success.
- Strong understanding or E-Commerce platforms, digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo).
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends and identify opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up.
