Job Title: Sr Specialist Configuration ManagementJob Code : 29684Job Location: Northampton MA (onsite)Schedule: 9/80Job Description: Reporting to the CM/DM Manager Specialty Engineering the Configuration Data provides configuration and data oversight to their assigned program(s). The CM/DM Data will be responsible for planning managing and reporting on the documentation created to fulfill customer configuration and data requirements. The CM/DM Data will oversee detailed drawing and documentation reviews and will be required to interface with all departments supporting the programs including Program Management Engineering Contracts Subcontracts Quality and other functions concerning the initial release and formal changes to the documentation. The CM/DM Data will be required to hold the program to established configuration and data management processesEssential Functions: Review Configuration Management and Data Management Plans.Provide guidance and ensure that all documents are review and comply with the Program Documentation Standard is based on internal and contractual requirements.Review Configuration and approving/rejecting all formal program documentation.Ensurethat all CDRLs and SDRLs are delivered on time by CM/DM personnel are controlled in the CDM database and delivered in accordance with the contract.Ensurethat all CDRLS and SDRLs are received and dispersed to the proper reviewers in a timely manner.Ensure CM/DM personnel have program users assigned data item responsibility and they are notified when items are due.CreateConfiguration Status Accounting reports for the program.Participatein Pre-Testing and Pre-Delivery Audits including FCAs/PCAs if required by the contract.Ensureprogram level Configuration Control Boards are established.Reviewformal configuration management baselines and processing potential changes to those baselinesReport on CDRL and/or SDRL deliveries on a monthly basis to L3Harris management who review on-time delivery metricsQualifications:Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance which requires US. Citzenship.Must have prior Configuration and Data Management experience.Experience supporting proposals and proposal cost estimates for Configuration and Data ManagementPreferred Additional Skills:Experience with TeamCenter PLM is a plusSAPPreferable to have 2 years of experience of configuration management experience. CM CertificationIn compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $86500- $160500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
