We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an organised and pro-active individual to join our client who are leading within their industry providing. The primary responsibility of this role will be to support with any HR related issues, along with supporting the Senior Team.

  • Compiling and maintaining employee records, including holiday and sickness leave
  • Assisting with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment offers and contracts
  • Maintaining employee files as required
  • Ensuring new starter forms are sent out, filled in and returned
  • Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
  • Being the point of contact for any employments with concerns or issues
  • Oversee and coordinate management-employee communications
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
  • Supporting with reception in particularly during busy periods, such as absences or with visitors
  • Any other adhoc task when required
