We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for our Food & Beverage (F&B) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating unique dining experiences that attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new leads to drive traffic to the hotels food and beverage outlets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, promote F&B services, and increase revenue.
  • Manage F&B database with targeted promotions / proposal with to them.
  • Focus on both hotel guests and the local community to expand the customer base for the F&B outlets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with hotel guests and external/local patrons to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Pipeline Management:

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Monitor the progress of leads and follow up to convert prospects into loyal customers.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and F&B to formulate strategic plans for the growth and expansion of F&B outlets.
  • Incorporate market trends, customer preferences, and business goals into the strategic planning process to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with F&B to develop and execute innovative business development strategies aimed at achieving rapid growth.
  • Partner with the hotel marketing teams to create unique and appealing F&B concepts that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.

Market Analysis:

  • Continuously track and analyse competitors products, promotions, and activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales or business development within the food and beverage sector, either within the hospitality industry or as a stand-alone venue.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • A proactive, innovative approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
