I am recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a very well established business. The Customer Services Department plays a key role as they manage all of their customers’ requirements on a daily basis. The areas dealt with by the Customer Services Department can range from arranging a collection, chasing a consignment delivery status, providing quote information, offering shipping advice and providing timed and special delivery services.The role is office based Monday to FridayKey Tasks:General Customer Services duties including:Dealing with all incoming customer callsReviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) / proactive trackingResolving any misrouted or lost shipmentsCompleting daily/monthly reportsCompleting customer bookingsConfidently quoting clients and obtaining special options/costs where necessary
