As a Property Co-ordinator youll undertake tasks related to the Property Repairs & Maintenance Process.Primarily updating the repairs & maintenance system Pulse (MS365) the successful candidate will be a key focus in driving the centralised process for Property to manage repairs.To provide investigative analysis on trends behaviours and forecasting from Pulse with the aim to enable better decision making and support the overall Property strategy.Qualifications : Your role as Property CoordinatorSupport the change in property and operational management of the repairs and maintenance processManagement of the end-to-end repairs process including tracking to budgetBe responsible for checking quotes and managing repairs for a geographical area from start to finish.Ownership of quote approval process contractor escalation cost confirmation and contractor audit prioritising business requirements and working within budget.Customer First attitude and focus on improving service deliveryEngaging directly with Front line operatives to ensure clarity and understanding of repairs.Supporting the Property Helpdesk with incoming calls and administrative duties.
