What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing all ER case work independently, including grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, performance improvement, flexible working requests, appeals, mediation, consultation, restructures, ACAS and tribunal claims
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment and case law around ER topics
  • Confident and experienced in advising employees and managers
  • Good consultation and influencing skills
  • Highly organised self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workload requirements
