About the Role:

Join TMT Finance, a rapidly growing media company, as an HR Business Partner to drive Talent Management, People Development, Recruitment, and Onboarding during our expansion from 50 to 70 employees. Your strategic HR initiatives will be key to fostering our dynamic culture and supporting our ambitious goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft HR strategies to support company ambitions.
  • Lead organisational change and talent acquisition.
  • Enhance performance management and compensation structures.
  • Implement training programs and ensure HR legal compliance.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership and manage HR financials.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 10+ years in HR with leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in HR metrics and systems.
  • Warm and empathetic with a friendly and open demeanour.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage across all generations.
  • Knowledge of Employment law and HR best practices.
