HR Admin Job Details Reference Number HRA-24 Location Duncrue Place, Belfast Contract Type Full-Time Permanent HR Admin FT Permanent Purpose This position will support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service, working closely with the business across a large, multi site workforce. The role will encompass the full HR remit, however there is a particular emphasis on assisting and supporting employee relations issues which is a key part of the role. Responsibilities To act in a co-ordination role for the HR Department. To manage the full end to end recruitment process for various positions as required in order to attract the best talent To co-ordinate and support Managers in dealing with employee relations issues including, but not limited to, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management and health and well being issues To ensure the maintenance of the HR system To provide a positive HR experience for the business Any other duties relevant and related to the position Qualifications & Experience Essential Willing to study towards or currently hold a CIPD qualification At least 1 year HR experience within a fast-paced HR in house function which could have also been a placement. Possess a genuine interest in HR with a keen sense to develop and learn. To be able to be in control of own workload and self-manage. To be able to meet business demands as required. Confident working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Full driving license and regular access to a car Desirable To possess a level 5 CIPD qualification To possess a third level education, in HR Relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or hospitality Closing Date 27th July 2024
