Youll build talent pipelines across corporate functions (Finance HR IT Legal Digital Marketing Ecommerce Sales Supply Chain) and support recruitment for our Accelerator Programme.Youll work across roles for our brand partner portfolioincluding Chanel Burberry McQueen Lululemon Tiffany & Co. Harrods Liberty Puig Beauty Pie and moreas well as on project-based hiring to bring the best talent into their businesses.What Youll DoSource and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsBuild pipelines for client roles and programme cohortsCollaborate with our Social Media Manager to amplify our employer brand through storytelling and digital engagementWrite inclusive job ads and support recruitment marketing campaignsSchedule interviews manage candidate comms and maintain our ATS (Teamtailor) and Excel trackersEnsure a smooth professional candidate experience from start to finishWhat Youll Bring2 years recruitment experience (agency and/or in-house)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms and ExcelExperience hiring across corporate functionsA passion for inclusive hiring and storytellingA collaborative can-do attitudeWhat We OfferPurpose-led work with high-impact brandsA supportive values-driven teamCompetitive day rate or FTC termsFlexibility and autonomyJoin usand help build the teams that will shape the future of the industry.
