Our client is a financial advisors based in Woking and they are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide support to the advisors and act as the key liaison between themselves and the clients.
This is an office-based role Monday to Friday and has great career potential.
Our clients offers a salary of £23,500 plus 23 days holiday, healthcare, death in service, study support and a discretionary bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client liaison -responding to queries and answering clients
- Client documentation - typing letters, processing new clients on the system, processing product information requests and maintain / updating the client database
- Diary Management: Monitor all diary activities and ensure all actions are actioned / chased within the timeframes
- Administrative Support: Responsible for all incoming and out-going post / supporting the marketing department with any ad-hoc activities.
Key Skills:
- Experience: ideally 2 years previous administration experience with the finance industry
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, confident, professional and presentable
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, teams) and experience in using a CRM system / database
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Education / Learning: ideally educated to degree level with the willingness to pursue further industry related qualifications
