Due to our continued growth and evolution, we are currently looking to recruit an **Administrator** to provide efficient and effective administrative support across two business functions - SAV Services and EnergiRaven. This role is based at our Woking office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising sales orders or proforma invoices, as per customer requirements.
- Validating customers’ account status.
- Raising cases on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Workbooks) to enable the scheduling of engineers’ site visits.
- Monitoring internal systems to identify when annual services / Gas Safe checks are due and notifying customers in advance that these are due.
- Monitoring the EnergiRaven data management platform for alerts and notifying customers accordingly.
- Sending energy reports to customers, which detail how effectively their CHP is performing.

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisation and administrative skills, including order processing experience.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- An eye for detail is essential.
- A proficient user of MS Office, with experience of using CRM systems and Sage being an advantage.

**Education and qualifications**:

- **5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including Maths and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
