As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Commissioning Manager in leading the first of our vibrant, lifestyle-led settings, Bayards Court. You'll play a key role in everything from care planning and quality assurance, to staff development and recruitment. This means ensuring every resident receives truly personalised care, and every member of your team feels confident, valued, and empowered to thrive. At times, you will also step in as Acting Home Manager - making this an ideal opportunity if you're looking to build on your leadership experience and take the next step in your career.
