As Deputy Manager , you’ll support the Home Commissioning Manager in leading the first of our vibrant, lifestyle-led settings, Bayards Court. You’ll play a key role in everything from care planning and quality assurance, to staff development and recruitment. This means ensuring every resident receives truly personalised care , and every member of your team feels confident, valued, and empowered to thrive. At times, you will also step in as Acting Home Manager – making this an ideal opportunity if you’re looking to build on your leadership experience and take the next step in your career.
