The role involves originating new clients, generating business enquiries, understanding funding requirements, and presenting tailored funding proposals. The successful candidate will assist clients in finding suitable funding solutions, establishing client-lender relationships, and managing the application process to completion. What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities: Client Origination and Development:Source new clients for Commercial and Buy to Let mortgage opportunitiesGenerate business enquiries and present the client’s finance services as an industry expert.Build and maintain commercial introducer networks. Relationship Management:Handle inbound and outbound calls to develop opportunities and secure client instructions.Manage client and introducer relationships, setting and exceeding expectations. Funding Proposals and Transactions:Understand client requirements and present proposals to lenders.Support clients with account management and borrowing needs, ensuring efficient transaction completion. Compliance and Record Keeping:Ensure compliance with mandatory policies and maintain accurate records.Update CRM databases and complete necessary training. Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven business development experience in the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Property Portfolio and Development Finance.
  • Relevant finance/banking industry qualifications CeMAP
