Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to join our clients team. As the Regional Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of their business in your designated region. The ideal candidate can come from either of the following Disciplines:

Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management. To work on the Residential Projects for the business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of within your designated region, overseeing all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop appropriate strategies to capitalise on them.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in the commercial property sector, with a proven track record of success in leadership and business development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry trends within your designated region.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
