We are looking for a top level, senior Corporate Receptionist for an investment firm based in Central London. This will be a very involved role, for someone capable of delivering first class service as well as being involved in other areas of business administration. This is a professional and corporate environment for a client who has incredibly high standards.

Main job duties includes but are limited to:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Organizing post
  • Assisting EAs with traditional duties
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Assisting with events both interally and externally
  • Liaising with internal HR and Operational teams
  • Facilities administration
  • Liaising with third party contractors
