We're expanding our fabulous start-up and commissioning team on the 20 year PPP (Programme & Project Partners).


As a Mechanical & Process Lead you will be aligned to the Central PPP Start Up Commissioning and Pre-Operations function as well as providing oversight and interface with PPP Construction. You will manage the development of standardised PPP Supporting Systems and Governance for Mechanical and Process works and ensure these processes are aligned to one set of Safety Rules and Code for the Programme.

You will provide governance, direction and guidance to all PPP Projects throughout project lifecycles and ensure processes and procedures are being adhered to. You will collaborate with a range of internal project and programme teams including Construction, Engineering, Quality and HSE and provide subject matter expertise.


It's a varied role...you'll possess significant experience in Mechanical and Process Engineering, be able to lead and coach teams, ensure best practice, be able to build long term relationships with a variety of functions, and provide governance at project and programme level. All this whilst ensuring we maintain our world class approach to HSE.


Ideally you'll have a level 6 qualification in an Engineering/Construction or related subject, possess well developed communication skills and experienced in handling multi discipline teams.
