Job Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement strategies for driving sales growth within the biopharmaceutical/CRO sector, targeting mid-sized to large companies.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

- Secure and thoroughly analyse RFPs from prospective clients to tailor effective project proposals. - Align company solutions with client needs, collaborating closely with other business departments.

- Lead the preparation and delivery of bid defences to secure new projects.

- Manage client portfolio to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, aiming to meet or surpass predefined sales targets.

- Coordinate with the marketing department or sales management to discuss promotional strategies and activities.


Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English, either native or bilingual.

- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in business development or sales within the CRO sector.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

- Bachelor’s Degree, PhD, or MBA in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
