My Product Path are partnered with a high-growth travel organisation looking for a key hire to support Marketing activities across suppliers, clients and end users as well as evolve the business' brand.


This brand new role as Brand & Marketing Manager will be a key influence, working with the Chief Product Officer & VP Product, in establishing a Marketing and Brand function within the business for the first time - so this suits a self-starter looking to make an impact


Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media.
  • Carry out market and competitor research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
  • Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with overall company goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
  • Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
  • Be the custodian of our brand, supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.


About You:

  • Proven experience in marketing and brand, ideally in a similar industry (Travel, Loyalty etc.).
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media with proven success in content creation and social campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance metrics.
  • Experience with working with 3rd parties such as agencies to deliver campaigns, content and creative.
