Tom Davies, British eyewear designer brand, has a fantastic working culture with a driven and ambitious CEO at the helm, keen to continue the strong growth of new business and delivering excellent eyewear design to its customers.


The company is looking to employ an Executive Assistant with a strong project management background to provide administrative and marketing support to our CEO. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a combination of professional Executive PA support to the CEO with an ability to take on his personal projects and see them through to completion. 


You will have good people skills, able to motivate and manage key team members and projects on the CEO’s behalf. 


This is a busy role requiring a high degree of initiative and multitasking skills as you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.


Responsibilities:Reporting to the CEO, a variety of duties including but not limited to:


  • Manage diary commitments, prepare meeting materials/briefings required, manage visitors, telephone calls and correspondence responses
  • Organise travel arrangements both regional and international (including hotel, taxi, train and flight bookings) as required
  • Provide and/or produce relevant meeting documentation and agenda's for internal / external meetings
  • Manage and see through the CEO’s ongoing projects
  • Plan and execute company events
  • Recording and keeping track of meeting actions where relevant
  • Develop and implement plans, within set budgets, for events, eg. presentations, exhibitions, workshops, and any other ad hoc projects
  • Prepare monthly expenses as required
  • Undertake general administration as required
  • Communicate effectively & professionally with stakeholders
  • Support the marketing and creative team, especially around events
  • This is a full time office based position, although the ability to travel to our office and events overseas may be required from time to time. 

 

Skills/ Experience Required:

  • Strong administration skills, PA experience to Exec/Director level
  • Project management 
  • Time management
  • You must be used to working in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Google,, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience coordinating events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, prioritisation and time management are essential.
  • Preserve confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Office Administration background
  • Have work pride, ethos, positive attitude and the ability to preserve confidentiality
  • Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality

  • £40,000 p/a and benefits
