As a Substance Misuse Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.Key role and responsibilities for a Substance Misuse Practitioner;Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service usersSupporting the individuals from Point of EntryProvide Screening, Assessment and Recovery PlansDeliver One to One interventionsMinimum requirements for a Substance Misuse Practitioner;Experience of working within the Substance Misuse fieldAwareness of health issues relating to Substance MisuseExperience of Key Working and Care PlanningOur client vision is for people of all ages to be safe, build ambitions for the future and to reach their full potential.
