As we grow our teams in the London area we are seeking a sales leader to join our field sales operations.
Your Mission at ElisOur Sales Managers are instrumental in working with our business to grow revenue, increase market share and deliver the Elis brand to new businesses within our marketplace. As Sales Manager you will lead from the front, work closely with your sales team and you will spend around 80% of your time in the field coaching, supporting and winning business. Our Sales Leaders are inspirational, energetic and have the ability to coach and enhance the performance of their teams, and still be as hungry as the sales professionals in their team to win new business. This team is focused 100% on new business acquisition, supported by a robust sales support function and account management, which allows you and your team to take the Elis service offering out to market. • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals. • Manage a sales team of 8 field sales executives to exceed sales targets. • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing schedules. • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the sales team.
What will make you stand out?It goes without saying you will have experience winning new business and operating in a hunter role where you can identify an opportunity and close the deal. You will also be able to evidence team management within a sales environment where you have driven growth and profitability.
- Previous experience of business-to-business field sales
- Experienced in managing sales funnels and translating them into tangible sales
- Demonstratable success against KPIs and targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation and excel skills
- A results-orientated, tenacious self-starter
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
