The Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue, by identifying business opportunities and developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing  clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive Automotive B2B experience with a range of OEM/large Dealer Groups. The candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts within the Automotive sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility and accountability for accurate revenue forecasting and delivery against those forecasts.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for business expansion, leveraging market insights and existing contacts.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional in-house teams to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyse data to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimise results.
  • Pro-actively engage with your assigned portfolio of customers to ensure they are updated and advised on our latest products, services and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Travel extensively throughout the UK.


Qualifications and skill set:

  • We are seeking a senior national account management professional, with extensive experience of OEM’s and strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts.
  • We are looking for someone with first-class personal presentation, drive, and determination. Great organisation, personal authority and adaptability are valued, along with a good sense of humour.
  • The ability to utilise a strong knowledge of our products to convey their benefits in a clear and concise manner.
  • Additionally, a full, UK driving licence is required for this role.
