We are seeking a Luxury Wholesale Accounts Manager / Assistant to join our team, based in London.
This role will focus on expanding our Bridal and eveningwear market presence for overseas accounts, including (but not limited to) the USA, Australia, Europe and Asia driving wholesale strategy and assisting in managing those key accounts alongside our Commercial Director.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in luxury sales. Knowledge of the Bridal market is desired but other luxury sectors will be considered. Our UK Office is located in Greenwich London and this position is primarily office based with some flexibility to work remotely / travel.

Sales and Business Development
  • Build strategic long-term relationships with wholesale partners alongside the Commercial Director and work on building their sales performances in store.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
  • Meet prospective retailers
  • Create and deliver engaging seasonal brand and collection training to wholesale accounts.


Strategy and Analysis
  • Prepare reports on sales, styles, market trends and account performance to feedback to wider teams
  • Identify key geographical areas for expansion.
  • Analyze existing retailer productivity and identify areas for improvement, corrective actions, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop pre-season forecasts and objectives.
  • Provide written feedback and action plans regarding styles and accounts to improve performance.


Travel / Support
  • Represent the brand at international trade shows / assist with organising the Trade events and retailer appointment calendar.
  • Host new season showcase appointments during selling seasons for current and new prospective accounts in London, Barcelona and New York
  • Research potential new wholesale events or markets for further growth
  • Hosting in store and virtual brand training
  • Travel (both national and international) to key accounts and attending Trunk Show events globally, offering in store training and building relationships with the stylists


Internal Collaboration
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Extensive coordination cross-functionally with Support in other departments from Production, Retail and Marketing.
  • Assist in building training packs and new season sales collateral
  • Order processing and payment transaction management for US accounts.
  • General office assistance from order administration, wholesale loan packing/logistics, trunk show calendar management and intercompany sample loan management between wholesale and retail teams
  • Support with any other internal company events (across all departments)
  • Support on photoshoots or collaborations when required each season
  • Contact with real brides and assistance in collating imagery
