The role of the Recruitment Resourcer

  • Working closely alongside the permanent team to source suitable candidates for commercial vacancies
  • Advert writing, posting and management on our website and job boards
  • Attending regular service review meetings in person and via Teams / Zoom calls alongside the consultants
  • Interviewing candidates and assessing suitability for live vacancies
  • Responsible for the day-to-day communication with the client, as well as managing the client’s recruitment intakes
