Trojan Trades are looking for a payroll administer or resourcer to join there team on a full time permanent position in Seacroft, Leeds.

This role could suit someone who is looking to get into recruitment, or someone who is currently in recruitment but would like to grow.

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with colleagues to write job ads for current openings and post them on job boards and other career websites.
- Coordinate with company managers/directors to forecast future hiring needs and project demands.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
- Promote our employer brand online and offline.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Able to work Monday to Friday in our head-office based in Seacroft

**Working Conditions**

The role is primarily office-based, Some travel may be required for job fairs and recruitment events.
