Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including:
    • Light bulb replacement
    • Painting and decorating
    • Basic plumbing and joinery
    • PAT testing (training can be given)
    • Door and roller shutter repairs
    • Furniture assembly and relocation
    • Reactive and planned maintenance
  • Coordinate external contractors for specialised tasks.
  • Utilise online maintenance systems and dynamic risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage yard waste.
  • Work safely at heights and operate MEWP equipment (training can be given)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Must be able to drive.
