Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Uniserve Holdings Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and joinery, PAT testing, door and roller shutter repairs, furniture assembly and relocation, and reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Coordinate external contractors for specialized tasks.
  • Utilize online maintenance systems and dynamic risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage yard waste and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Must be able to drive.
